Field grown strawberries, slow roasted pistachios and a dusting of sea salt, are combined with stone ground chocolate.

Bahen & Co's beans are honourably sourced, roasted, cracked, winnowed, stone ground, conched and aged, all in ridiculously small batches by rare vintage machines. Handcrafted in the Margaret River region.
