A standard shipping fee applies to orders. Spend over $100 and get free shipping!

The standard shipping fee and free shipping applies to one address only, per order. If multiple addresses are required for one order, please get in touch with our friendly team and we'll be happy to assist!

To help keep our products delicious and maintain their freshness, we dispatch orders on Mondays. This helps us protect products from the elements (to help reduce the chance of them getting stuck in hot mail distribution centres over the weekend). We also want to keep our packaging as sustainable as possible therefore do not ship our products plastic packaging and ice blocks, hence the express shipping method! :) If you have missed the Monday shipping day, your items will be shipped the following Monday. We appreciate your patience so we can keep your chocolate safe and comfortable. 

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, Gourmet & Green cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather (heat waves), service interruptions etc. If there is a forecast heat wave or hot weather event we may delay postage of your order - we will be in touch if this happens. Gourmet and Green will send you notifications about your order and our courier service will keep you updated with delivery details, as chocolate melts pretty easily you will need to ensure you are able to put your items in a safe place out of the sun once they are delivered. Gourmet and Green and our Courier partners will not be liable for any weather damaged products (for example...melted or rained on).

Refunds & Returns

Since we are shipping food items and hygiene is of utmost importance, we do no accept any returns, we will offer a refund or replacement for any incorrect received orders or products. We cannot offer you a refund for items damaged by weather events as mother nature can be unpredictable.

Any decision to grant a refund will be at our discretion (subject to our legal obligations). If you do experience an issue, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt.
