We deliver Gourmet & Green products to customers Australia wide!
Our shipping options are:

*Orders may be subject to delivery delays due to factors outside of our control, such as Public Holidays and seasonal/sale periods.
We dispatch orders Monday - Friday, in line with our shipping providers.
All orders containing alcohol must be ordered by and delivered to a gift recipient over the age of 18. By placing an order with us, you agree to this.

You will receive shipping update notifications to allow you to track your order, through our shipping partners.
Please note we may be in touch with you during extended periods of excessive heat, as we may delay the shipping of your order to preserve the quality of the product. We appreciate your patience so we can keep your order safe and comfortable.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, Gourmet & Green will not be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather (heat waves), service interruptions etc.

Changes to orders, refunds & returns
Since we are shipping food items and hygiene is of utmost importance, we do no accept any returns. We cannot offer you a refund for items damaged by weather events as mother nature can be unpredictable. We will offer a refund or replacement for any incorrect received orders or products.
In the unfortunate event that you do experience an issue, you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt. Any decision to grant a refund or replacement will be at our discretion (subject to our legal obligations).
