About the wine: This is a modern and fresh style of Chardonnay, made from Fruit taken from organically certified fruit from the Cowra Region. This wine displays peach and citrus characters with a clean, crisp finish. The wine was produced using organic practices, with barrel fermentation occurring in older French oak hogsheads and then matured for 6 months. No preservatives were added, minimal intervention and Vegan friendly - only grapes were harmed during the process
