About the wine: This Preservative Free shiraz exhibits bright, bold fruit flavours balanced by soft tannin structure. A young and fresh style of Shiraz, with a brilliant vibrant purple colour. There is plenty of raspberry, cherry and maple nut flavours with violet and plums on the nose. The palate is medium bodied in intensity, coupled with a soft tannin structure to produce a very drinkable wine to match its youthfulness.

This Shiraz is made from Cowra fruit from NSW, which is Organically certified. No winemaking additives, minimal intervention and Vegan friendly - only grapes were harmed during the process. ;)

Why Preservative free and Organic wine? This is pure grape juice, no chemicals were used in the farming of these grapes, no additives were added to the wine in the wine making process, this means you are drinking delicious pure fermented fruit juice (which means its good for you right?). No pesticides and no preservatives means you are less likely to have any adverse side effects from having a few glasses of this wine, it also means this wine was made with a minimal footprint, made from local grapes and bottled locally, this wine is as pure as it gets.
