Grown Organically in the NSW Central Ranges and Orange this Pinot Gris is just grapes and goodness - with no added preservatives or sulphur and is Vegan friendly. This smooth and light Pinot Gris is crisp with hints of pear and stone fruit - a crowd pleaser for all white wine lovers, in fact we managed to convince some devout red wine drinkers to try this too and they weren't disappointed. Best consumed now or within 1-2 years of purchase.

The story behind it:

Tamburlaine is one of Australia's favourite organic wine producers, with award winning wines, this organic and  no added preservative wine was made with no sulphur dioxide (sulphites, SO2 or additives 220 or 224) or added preservatives. The wine may still contain trace amounts of sulphur that occurs naturally in grape varieties. Want a fun fact? Pinot Gris and Pinot Grigio use the same grape varieties, however, as one stems from the French tradition (Pinot Gris) and the other from Italian (Pinot Grigio), production methods are different resulting in a unique taste and experience.
