This Shiraz is fresh, vibrant and juicy - paired perfectly with the delicious flavours of Bahen&Co Madagascar and Guatemala dark chocolate blocks. 

About the wine: Nothing added but natural yeast and the best organic & biodynamic grapes. Using the cleanest fruit and no oak, the wine is made without the addition of sulphur. Just alcoholic grape juice as we call it. Vibrant and raw, the flavour is fruit forward and devoid of drying tannin. Scent is of blueberries and a touch of pepper.

In the summer drink chilled, and with friends. Once the bottle is opened its best drunk that day - with this wine, you can do this guilt and hangover free.

Why Preservative free and Organic wine? This wine is pure grape juice, no chemicals were used in the farming of these grapes, no additives were added to the wine in the wine making process, this means you are drinking delicious pure fermented fruit juice (which means its good for you right?). No pesticides and no preservatives means you are less likely to have any adverse side effects from having a few glasses of this wine, it also means this wine was made with a minimal footprint, made from local grapes and bottled locally, this wine is as pure as it gets.
